Soak dal for 6-8 hrs

Then grind it coarsely with ginger green chillies. Add salt turmeric powder. Now keep for fermentation for 6 hrs or till it ferments.

Take a plate and grease it with oil or butter. Spread it and steam it for 10-15 mins.

Then season it with mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves.

Spread the season on the dhoklas, Cut into squares or diamond shapes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and grated fresh coconut.
