Take all dal in a bowl, wash properly n soak for 15 minutes.

Then Take dal in a pressure cooker add 2 glass water, salt, turmeric powder and cook till three whistle.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, hing n saute.

Add chopped green chilli, onion n saute till translucent.

Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till row aroma goes off.

Add chopped tomato n saute well, add garam Masala powder, turmeric powder n saute till oil separate.

Now add cooked dal, mix well and cook for a minute.

Switch off the flame.

Then heat ghee in a tadka pan add cumin seeds, dry red chilli, red chilli powder and pour over dal just before serving..

Garnish with chopped coriander and Serve hot with steamed rice or chapati..
