Steps

Heat oil into a pan add onion and saute till light brown then add tomatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes then add rosted peanut ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and mix it well and switch off the flame

In grinder add all mixture, coriander and make chutney
- 3
Heat oil into a small pan add mustard seeds when they begin to crackle add curry leaves and turn off the flame

Pour tempering over chutney
