Usually I make garjar halwa and coconut ladoo on any special occasion.This time I thought why not I mix these two ,and make some innovation.And believe me it came out to be too good.

Usually I make garjar halwa and coconut ladoo on any special occasion.This time I thought why not I mix these two ,and make some innovation.And believe me it came out to be too good.
Steps

Heat a non stick kadhai on medium heat.

Add ghee.

Add kaju and almond

Fry it until golden brown.keep it aside.

Add grated carrots on it and cook till it become soft and dry.

Add desiccated coconut.

Toast it for some time.

Add one teaspoon sugar and condensed milk to the same pan.

Cook till the mixture become thik.

Add roasted nuts.And cardamom powder.

Cool it little so that you can handle it with your hands.

Apply some ghee on your hands.

And make round ladoo from the mixture.

Roll these ladoo on desiccated coconut.

You can keep it in fridge.

Serve artistically with paper cups.
