Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/4 cupsuji
  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 2 dropsrose emulsion
  • 4 tablespoonrose syrup
  • 1/2 cupwarm milk

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add suji and ghee and roast till fluffy and aroma come out

  2. 2

    Then add warm milk,and sugar mix well till sugar melt

  3. 3

    Then add rose emulsion and rose syrup mix well till lumpy

  4. 4

    Then press this in modak mould and demould it and serve it garnish with rose petals.
