Crack the egg shells

Add salt to the egg york and then Star the egg York to mix

Deep fry the egg until it turns golden brown

Chop tomatoes, onions and Dania into smaller pieces to make kachumbari

Slice the ripe avocado and mix to the kachumbari

Serve the kachumbari with the fried egg

You can eat the mixture for breakfast or serve with ugali for lunch or supper
