Boil the meat until it's tender.., grind the spices..wash the rice, boil a kettle of water.

Fry the onions until golden brown..add garlic, Ginger and the spices,.. stir..add

Add the meat without the broth..keep staring at Low heat.add the sky sauce.. add the rice and keep stiring...add the water and salt, let it boil rapidly for 5 minute's

Reduce the Fire to the minimum, cover and let is boil under low heat...cover with a foil paper and switch of the heat after two minutes..

Let the rice stay covered for 10minutes and it's ready to serve
