Place your sufuria on the stove, pour cooking oil on it. Add onion and cook until brown.

Then add tomato and cook, mix then add salt.

Since this is fish that is already deep fried, cut it into two and add into the sufuria. Add a little water for the stew.

The cover and let it cool for some time. Serve two people with ugali.
