  • 300 gmarbi peeled and boiled
  • 2 tbspmustard seeds paste
  • 2-3green chillies slitted
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and slitted green chilli

  2. 2

    Add boiled arbi saute well adding salt

  3. 3

    Add the mustard seeds paste and sugar

  4. 4

    Mix well and switch off

  5. 5

    Serve it with steaming hot rice
