Paneer bahaar
My innovation of a pure vegetarian recipe
Steps

Heat a pan dry roast poppy seed and cashew, keep aside

Now add oil into the pan and fry tomatoes adding salt and turmeric

Switch off the heat and blend it with cashew, poppy seed and raisins
- 4
Now add oil in the same pan and temper cumin seeds and whole garam masala
- 5
Add the masala paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 6
Add bay leaf and red chilli powder and mix
- 7
Now add the paneer slightly stir to mix well
- 8
Add milk and sugar and boil
- 9
Now add the dry ginger crush mix well and switch off
- 10
Serve it with plain chapati or naan
