Take a bowl in a wheat flour and add Salt,ajwain,or ghee.Add water for required and ready to soft dough and rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing: Now take a bowl put sattu,Salt,ajwain,green chilli,red chilli powder,onion,lemon juice,Desi ghee,and coriander leaves and mix well.

Then add water make the stuffing moisture as to fill easily.

Make balls out of the dough for making paratha.Roll out to make paratha and fill a portion of sattu in the middle.

Make flat bolls for rolling it again.Heat tawa and cook the paratha both of sides golden brown low flame.

Sattu paratha are ready to serve hot with mango pickled.
