Steps

Make a dough take wheat flour and add carom seeds, palak paste, chopped onion, chopped green chilli mix well.

Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt mix well.

Add some water (if need) knead well, keep aside.

Make a balls from the palak onion dough.
- 5
Sprinkle dry flour, Roll them with the help of rolling pin.

Place paratha on Tawa cook with a oil for both side.
- 7
Serve hot paratha with masala raita.
