15-16 hours before serving - soak the rice in the water in 1 bowl, soak the dal-methi-poha in water in a separate bowl.

After 7-8 hours, grind the rice to paste. Add the dal-methi-poha to the contents and grind again. Net result should be a smooth puree or batter.

Pour the content in a container, beat it thoroughly. After that put the content in microwave (pre-heat it first) for 7-8 hours.

Next is use a flat dosa tawa. Add one small bowl of batter to the tawa and make it round with the help of back side of the bowl. Put the flame high. Add a few drops of oil onto the dosa and then add a potato dry curry on to it. Roll it off and your dosa will be ready to serve. Serve it with coconut or ginger or tomato chutney.
