Steps

Add warm milk in desiccated coconut and keep aside for 30 mins.

Keep pan/kadhai on low flame add coconut mix and stir well for 5-6 mins.

Add Khoya to the coconut mixture and stir for 15 mins.

Then add dry fruits and sugar mix well let the sugar melt into the mixture.

Make paste of Paan with help of little amount of water.

Add Paan paste to the khoya coconut mixture stir well for 15 mins or till the mixture starts to leave oil/ghee.

Turn the gas off and let it cool. Add Gulkand into the mixture.

Make Modak and/or Laadu of the mixture and Let the Modak cool for one hour in the refrigerator. Garnish with Tutti-frutti and Enjoy the Ganesh Ustav with paan Modak
