Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gmsPaneer cut in to slices
  2. 100 gmsoya granuals (chura)
  3. 100 gmgreen peas boiled and crushed
  4. 2-3green chilli finely chopped
  5. 1onion finely chopped
  6. 1/4 tspkasuri methi
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/4 tspjeera powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  10. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededFor serving :- base of green peas tikki, tomato gravy or tomato sauce

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients for stuffing except paneer slice. And mix well.

  2. 2

    Take one slice of paneer and spread a layer of filling.

  3. 3

    Roll carefully. Heat butter or oil in a pan put a paneer roll carefully and roast for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    You can also at serving time preheat the grill for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Take plate and spread tomato gravy and put base of green peas and put paneer roll on it.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately as a party snack.
