Steps

Choppe cabbage, potatoes, onion,coriander leaf,bread slice.

Now mix all in a bowl.add black salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, grammasala, soya sauce, roasted suji and cone flour.

Make a round balls and coat them with roasted suji and cone flour.

Now fry coated balls.in a hot oil.when you fry these balls always fry on a low flame.when they become brown in colour just take them out..decorate with tomatoes,cabbage, and onion slice..serve with tomatoes and mayonnaise sauce.
