Cut your liver to your desired size,set aside then dice your onion and put it in your favourite pot and fry it till golden brown. Add your liver and reduce the heat as you blend your tomato/dice. And paprika and salt and stir for them to mix well. Then add your tomatopaste and stir well and cover it for 20 mins on a low heat

It's ready serve with ugali or rice.enjoy
