Ingredients

  • 2 lbskirt steak, pork loin or chicken
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/4 cupfresh basil
  • 1/4 cupfresh cilantro
  • 3 tbsThai chili sauce
  • 2 tbsbrown sugar
  • 2 tbshoney
  • 1fresh lime juiced
  • 3fresh Thai peppers
  • 8 clovesgarlic
  • 3/4 inchslice fresh Ginger
  • to tasteSalt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the raw meat up into thin slices & set it off to the side in a glass dish.

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender.

  3. 3

    Use 3/4 of what’s in the blender to marinade the meat for 30-60 minutes then pan fry the meat. (use the rest of the marinade on your fried rice)
