  • Whole chicken
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic butter
  • Lime and lemon

    Dry the chicken with kitchen towels salt and pepper it generously

  2. 2

    In the chicken stuff the garlic butter and lime,lemon.

  3. 3

    Tie the legs and wings with twine and roast till browned all over.
