Take a non stick pan

Apply little oil on it add a mixture of suji salt dahi and water keep aside fr 2 mins then put on tava like uttapam

Fry both sides of it on low flame

Make 3 fluffy uttapam of same size more

Apply chutney on one uttapam

Then put second and again apply schezwan chutney on it

Put third then put on it
- 8
Let set it then give tadka put oil and then add one by one all ingredients

Put daniya and then enjoy
