Ingredients

  1. 5eggs separated
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspvanilla
  4. 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
  5. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  6. 1 cupflour (almond flour also works well)
  7. 4 tablespooncold water
  8. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  9. 1 canevaporated milk
  10. 1 cupwhipping cream
  11. Additional whipping cream for topping with whipped cream (2 C)
  12. Chopped fruit (peaches, strawberries, and/or mango)
  13. Nuts (chopped pecans) optional

Cooking Instructions

    Beat egg whites until stiff peak forms. Add sugar little by little then yolks one at a time followed by the vanilla.

    Add flour and baking powder all at once. Mix well. Beat in water.

    Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes (lightly browned).

    Let cool 10-15 minutes.

    Mix together 3 milks in blender. Poke holes all over cake and pour milks over top.

    Put in refrigerator until next day. Serve with whipped topping. Put the whipped topping on before sitting to help make the entire cake moistened. Chopped fruit and nuts optional to top with.
