Heat the milk, bring to one boil then let it cool for sometime and add lime juice, it will curdle. Wash it with plain water. Make Paneer. Keep aside.

Chop capsicum, spring onions green portion and as well as white portion.

Chop the coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Take salt, garam masala and black pepper powder.

You need a juice of one lime. Add lime juice.

Mix the veggies and masalas together.

Now add the Paneer and mix well.

Take brown bread, Cut the sides.

Apply butter and chutney.

Now put the mixture on one side of the bread.

Put the other slice over it, Cut into triangle and serve with tomatoe ketchup.
