Steps

Wash & soak the poha till it becomes soft.

Mash it to a smooth pulp.

Now add all the ingredients with besan & oats.

Mix well.

Give the mixture vada shape

Heat oil in a pan.

Put one by one vada in it & deep fry.

Take them out on a tissue paper.

Serve hot with coconut chutney & tea or coffee.
