Ingredients

  • Some whole raw maize
  • 1jiko with charcoal to roast the maize
  • Salt & red chilli powder to sprinkle
  • Lemon to rub on the cooked maize

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the husk from the maize & on medium heat put it on the jiko

  2. 2

    Keep on turning sothat it roasts evenly on all sides.

  3. 3

    Once done. Cut the lemon, dip it in the salt/ chilli mixture.

  4. 4

    Serve warm.
