Some whole raw maize
1jiko with charcoal to roast the maize
Salt & red chilli powder to sprinkle
Lemon to rub on the cooked maize

Steps

Remove the husk from the maize & on medium heat put it on the jiko
2

Keep on turning sothat it roasts evenly on all sides.

Once done. Cut the lemon, dip it in the salt/ chilli mixture.

Serve warm.
