Firstly mix grated garlic, chesse,salt,chilli flacks, fresh chopped coriander into a bowl.

Further combine well all ingredients.

Now evenly spread this mix upon bread.

Now heat some drops of oil into a pan, now roast garlic toast upon hot pan on low flame.

And cover pan with lid until it's become chesse melt.

Now ready chesse garlic toast for serve.
