Ingredients

  1. 1boneless pork roast
  2. 1 (1 lb.)bag spinach leaves fresh
  3. Montreal steak seasoning
  4. Sea salt
  5. 1 1/2capfuls liquid smoke
  6. 1/4 c.Soy sauce
  7. 3;4 c. Water
  8. 2bay leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Overlap 2 lieces of aluminum foil so as to make a "bed" for the meat.

    Spread 1/2 of the bag of washed, drained spinach leaves over the center of the foil.

    In a container season top and sides of meat rubbing spices in. Transfer meat to bed of leaves. Facing seasoned side down place on top of leaves.

    Bring up the sides of the foil and pinch to seal. Place into a preheated crockpot in center of pot.

  5. 5

    Mix together soy sauce, liquid smoke, and water and pour into pot around sealed meat packet. Add bay leaves to water and cook for 2 hours on high or 3-4 hours on low.
