Ingredients

1 cupboiled rice
1 cupchopped vegetables (carrot, onion, cabbage,beans)
1/2 cupboiled peas
1 tablespoonoil
1 tablespoonschezwan masala
to tasteSalt
1chopped green chilli
1 tablespoonvinegar

Steps

Take a pan and heat oil.

Add onion and fry it niw add all vegetables.

When vegetables soften add peas, Cooked rice, schezwan masala,salt to taste and mix well

Take chopped green chillies and add vinegar in it.

Your favorite Schezwan Fried rice is ready to eat searve it with vinegar chillies and tomato sauce. (25)
