Matar pulao with boondi ka rayta

Wash and soak rice for 1 hour.heat 1 tbsp ghee in cooker fry peanuts.

Add cuminseeds chilli chopped turmeric cualiflower peas in it

Now add 2 cups of water and saoked rice to it.put garam masala sugar 3/4tsp of salt stir it well and cover cooker and bring to 2 whistle.

Beat the curd in a bowl.app 1/4 cup of water put boondi 1/4tsp salt 1/4tsp chilli powder black salt roasted cuminseeds powder.mix all ingredients. Rest till bundi soften. Take 1 tbsp ghee heat and put chilli powder to it put on time of serving on pulao.Serve pulao with roasted papad rayta and achar.
