Steps

You can either half boil your potatoes or direct fry. I opted for the later.

Heat oil in a sufuria, add in your cumin seeds fry for a few mins, add in your grated onions followed by your ginger garlic paste.

Then add in your potatoes and mix well with fry for 2-3mins.

Add in our chopped tomatoes & paste if you wish (i didnt use paste here) mix well let is cook. Add in a little water and let it simmer on low-medium heat till well cooked and thickens.

Serve with chapati, mahamri, or bread.
