Cut all vegetables brocelli,red Bell pepper,mushrooms,yellow pepper,cucumber and tomato.

Put them in big bowl and microwave for few seconds by adding salt.

Combine the shallots,vinegar,mustard,salt,black pepper in a separate bowl.Whisk in the olive oil until well combined.

Pour over the salad,toss well.Now add grated cheese.

Serve immediately.Keep healthy and fit.
