  2. 1/4 cupsuji
  3. 1 tablespoonoil
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. 1 cupurad Ka atta
  6. 1 teaspoonmagrila
  7. 1 tablespoonoil
  8. 4 teaspoonwater
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 teaspoonhing
  11. 7-8aloo cut into cube boli
  12. 2curry leaves
  13. 1 teaspoonhing
  14. 1 tablespooncoriander
  15. 1 teaspoonhaldi powered
  16. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  17. 1/2 teaspoongarammasala
  18. 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  19. 1 teaspoonkasturi methi
  20. 1 teaspoonjeera
  21. 3fresh tomato paste
  22. 1/2 teaspoonKali mirch
  23. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli
  24. to tasteSalt
  25. Water as required
  26. 4 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida suji oil mix in a dough.Then small ball.

  2. 2

    Urad Ka atta,hing,salt, oil,water make a tight dough.make a small ball.

    One Maida ball take a hand press the thumb center the urad dough ball filling.Make a ball

    Hot oil in a pan ball press in hand and fry golden brown.

  5. 5

    Oil in pan jeera hing tejpata add tomato paste stir 5minute than add coriander haldi red chilli sugar garamkasturi methi masala black salt Kali mirch,stir 5minute add aloo water salt as required for boiling.

    Ready to club kachori and aloo ki subji to serve.
