Orange rind
For the love of fruit bits and natural essence

Wash an orange thoroughly.

Using a paring knife,trim or shave the rind. If using a grater or mandolin, use the larger grates. Be careful to trim off the white part between the orange flesh and rind as it is bitter.

Cut the shaves into tiny bits and put them in a clean Tupperware. I keep mine in the fridge for later use. I keep adding into that Tupperware as I eat up more oranges.

Mix the orange rinds in pancakes batter,cakes.
