Steps

Take a kadhai & put it on medium flame. When the kadhai is warm enough, lower the flame & add the khoya in it. Stir well & let the khoya melt for about 2 minutes. Add cardamom powder in it & mix once till the khoya leave the edges & becomes glossy.

Now, add the dry fruits cashews, pistachios mix once again for about 2 to 3 minutes. Switch off the burner once done.

Spread the khoya & dry fruits mixture in one serving plate & garnish with silver varq. Let it cool down & then cut in desired shapes. Khoya Motipak is prepared serve it any festival or occasion
