Oil according to preference
1onion
1tomatoe
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspAny spice of your choice i used ginger powder

Dice and fry onions till soft
2

Add black beans and cook till it starts to stick on the pan
3

Lower the heat and add diced tomatoes cover the pan and allow the tomatoes to cook you can add a little water at this point a very small amt
4

Stir add ginger and salt as you stir
5

Serve hot
