Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupsBoiled black beans
  2. Oil according to preference
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomatoe
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspAny spice of your choice i used ginger powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice and fry onions till soft

  2. 2

    Add black beans and cook till it starts to stick on the pan

  3. 3

    Lower the heat and add diced tomatoes cover the pan and allow the tomatoes to cook you can add a little water at this point a very small amt

  4. 4

    Stir add ginger and salt as you stir

  5. 5

    Serve hot
