  • 100 gramswholegrain mustard
  • 25 mlfull cream
  • 1 bunchchopped mint
  • 1 tablespoonunsalted butter
  • 50 mlchicken stock

    Add all ingredients into a pan thats on meduim high and stir.

    Set aside and serve. This is best served with lamb!
