Ingredients

  • 8lamb chops
  • 4 tablespoonschopped garlic
  • 4 bunchesfresh rosemary
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • 100 mlred wine
  • 50 mlolive oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Coarsely chop the rosemary and add to the oil and garlic

  2. 2

    Rub onto the lamb chops

  3. 3

    Place chops into fridge for 60 minutes

    On a nedium high heat , fry the chops 2-3 minutes on each side

  5. 5

    Leave aside and let the meat set and then serve
