Ingredients

  • 3medium fish
  • Itsp ginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tspred chillie powder
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove fish scales

  2. 2

    Clean them well and pat dry

  3. 3

    Put them on a bowl and add spices and marinate for 5mins

  4. 4

    Put oil in a pan and let it hot then fry them on a medium heat
