Dry roast the moong daal

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add ginger paste and saute well

Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder

Add salt and turmeric powder and saute well

Add tomato and saute well

Now add daal and water and simmer till the daal gets cooked
- 8
Serve it with rice and crisp Potatoes
