An amazing recipe which is a complete meal with roti dal and keema. It keeps family members asking for more.

KEEMA: heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add sliced onions and fry till light brown. Then add the keema and masala and mix well for 2 mins. Then add water and pressure cook for 4 whistles. When cool take off the lid and cook till water is dry and keema is nice and brown

DAL: Heat oil in a pot. Add onions sliced and chillies. Fry till golden. Add the washed dal and cook for 2 mins. Then add water and salt and cook

ROTI FLOWER: in a bowl add maida and aata and salt and refined oil. Add water and make a soft dough. Roll out on the board with the rolling pin. Make big rotis. Cut out circles with a cup of a bottle or cookie cutter. And make flowers as shown in pic

ASSEMBLING: assemble the keema and dal in a bowl. Add 3 cups water. Bring to boil. Then add the roti flower cover the lid and cook for 10 mins. Then mix well and serve hot in a bowl.
