Ingredients

  • 1 cuptomatoes (I used two big tomatoes)
  • 2 teaspoonswhite sugar
  • 2 teaspoonsvinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspoongrounded garlic
  • 2fresh peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the tomatoes into boiling water until very soft.

  2. 2

    Gathered all the other ingredients into one pot adding the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Put the ingredient mixture plus the tomato and allow to simmer for 15 mins

  4. 4

    Cool

  5. 5

    Blend the mixture until very smooth
