Ingredients

  • 100 gmraw moong daal
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2slitted green chillies
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder,tomato saute well

  3. 3

    Add daal and boil adding water

  4. 4

    As daal is sit add sugar and ghee
