Steps

Place a cooker on stove. Add oil. Once hot add the onions, bayleaf, star anise, cinnamon, clove, cardamom and onions. Fry until for 2 minutes.

Add the green chilli, corn, chilli flakes and ginger garlic paste. Stir well.

Now add the rice, garam masala and butter. Mix well. Add water and salt according to taste. Close the cooker and place the weight. One whistle on high. Then lower flame and wait for two more whistles. Turn off stove.

Once the pressure releases Remove weight, open lid, mix well and serve.
