Ingredients

  1. 1 spoon jeera (grind)
  2. 1spoon pepper (grind)
  3. 1spoon Coriander seeds (grind)
  4. 1spoon urad (grind)
  5. 3 spoon grated coconut (grind)
  6. 1 spoon mustard (saute)
  7. 4-5Curry leaves (saute)
  8. pinchAsaphotida (Saute)
  9. 1 spoonChana(saute)
  10. 1Red chilli (saute)
  11. 1 bowlSnake gourd (steam)
  12. 1/2 cupMoong dal (steam)
  13. as requiredWater (steam)

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam snake gourd with moong dal for 4 whistles (water should be slightly above the snake gourd level)

  2. 2

    Roast to be grind ingredients in 1 teaspoon oil

  3. 3

    Grind it with 3 teaspoons grated coconut

  4. 4

    Saute the to be saute ingredients in a pan with 1 teaspoon oil

  5. 5

    Add the steamed snake gourd to the pan. Let it flame for5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the grinded paste to the pan. Turn off the flame in a minute.

  7. 7

    Add cut Coriander leaves to decor the dish!
