Steam snake gourd with moong dal for 4 whistles (water should be slightly above the snake gourd level)

Roast to be grind ingredients in 1 teaspoon oil

Grind it with 3 teaspoons grated coconut

Saute the to be saute ingredients in a pan with 1 teaspoon oil

Add the steamed snake gourd to the pan. Let it flame for5 minutes

Add the grinded paste to the pan. Turn off the flame in a minute.

Add cut Coriander leaves to decor the dish!
