  2. Boiled meat
  3. Sliced spinach
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. Onion
  6. Hoho

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sufuria,fry the onions with oil till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add cubed tomatoes

  3. 3

    Simmer till formed a paste

  4. 4

    Add the sliced hohos and meat

  5. 5

    Cook for 5 mins and add spinach

  6. 6

    Stir once and remove from heat

  7. 7

    Serve with ugali
