Boil the eggs

Heat oil in a pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt fry masala then add egg and fry it.

Heat oil is a kadai add hing, bay leaves cumin seeds & saute well

Add onion paste & saute well then add ginger+garlic paste saute well.

Add tomato puree & saute, add all the dry masalas mentioned above & saute well

Simmer until the oil doesn't float on the sides.

Add roasted besan mix it well. cook it 5 mins

Add curd & sugar & salt and mix it well.

Add 1 glass lukewarm water cook it for 5 mins

Add fried egg and mix it, again cook for 5 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
