First of all mix rava and dahi in a bowl add salt and grated ginger and finely chopped green chillies

Keep it 15 minutes

Now mix properly make a batter not very thick

Put steamer on the gas put 2 cups of water to boil grease the thali and put in the steamer

Put eno powder and mix the batter

Put batter in the thali and steam it about 15 minutes on medium heat

After 15 minutes remove it from steamer let it cool

Put tadka on it and garnish it

Serve it with chutney
