Firstly peel and grate banana. Then crushed bread.

Now take bowl put cornflour, maida, salt, red chilli powder, grated banana, bread and mix it nicely. Then make balls.

Then in Appam Patra baked all balls.

Meanwhile take one bowl and add 2 cups water and add 2 tablespoon cornflour, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, salt, chilli flakes and mix it and keep aside.

Now chopped garlic and take nonstick, when get hot, on high flame saute the garlic then mix the cornflour mixture in it.

After one boil add all balls and saute and keep desired consistency of gravy as per your requirement.
