I reinvented another version of meat balls that are more tastier than the first misua soup I made. In this version, the meat balls are fried and full of spices.
Steps

Mixed ground pork, sliced mushrooms, carrots, onion, onion leaf and egg in one container, put soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Create a meat ball

In a pan, fry meat balls for 2-5 minutes. Heat another sauce pan and sauté onion and garlic and add 4 cups of water depending on desired amount of serving let it boil for 5-7 minutes.

Put fried meat balls and fish balls in the sauce pan and let it boil for 5 minutes then add misua noodles. Let it stand for 7-10 minutes then add fish sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
