1 cuppeas
2carrots
1onion
1 bunchcorriander
Salt
Cooking oil

Steps

1

Boil peas with a Little water and a pinch of salt for 5mins
2

Run cold water on the peas to avoid overcooking
3

Fry the onion till trasculent
4

Add in the peas and carrots toss them for 3mins
5

Add corriander toss them altogether
6

Ready to serve
