  2. Onions 1bulb
  3. 3 table spoonMilk cream
  4. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the stems of the spinach,cut the onions

  2. 2

    Place the spinach in a sufuria,add the chopped onions and cover tightly,and cook over low heat until the spinach begin to wilt about 3_5 minutes.toss with the cream and oil.simmer for 10 minutes,

    Serve with your ugali when hot
